Worship Wednesday – Join us for Worship Wednesday! Our free meal is at 7pm, and worship starts at 8pm. For dinner we’re having chicken casseroles, green beans, corn, and rolls. In worship we will continue our series of the Gospel of Mark by studying Mark 1:2-13. It’ll be a great night of food, worship, prayer, Scripture reading, singing, Bible teaching, and fellowship. City-Wide Scavenger Hunt– Join us at HFC at 7pm for a city-wide scavenger hunt. It’ll be a great opportunity to get to know landmarks around Bowling Green. The team who wins the scavenger hunt will win a prize!

Saturday, 9.7.19

First Saturday Breakfast – On the first Saturday of every month, Hilltoppers for Christ teams up with Community Church of Christ to host the First Saturday Breakfast at the HFC House. We cook a meal for several homeless and underprivileged folks from the Bowling Green area. We start cooking at 9am, and breakfast is served at 10am. We need volunteers to help cook and serve the food, clean up, and visit with the guests We’re usually finished by 11:30am. If you have any questions email Ryan.

Kayaking Trip – On Saturday, September, 7, we will meet at HFC at 12pm to head to Drakes Creek to kayak! We will be on the creek for 3-4 hours. The trip will cost $10 per person (unless you bring your own kayak). Supper will be provided. We’ll return to HFC around 7pm or so. You can sign up for the kayaking trip at HFC on Wednesday nights, or email Ryan.

Bible Class and Worship at Greenwood Park – Many HFC students regularly attend Greenwood Park Church of Christ, the sponsoring church of Hilltoppers for Christ. Bible class starts at 9am and is in room 210. Coffee and breakfast will be provided. A time of fellowship and breakfast will be from 9:00am-9:15am, and the Bible study will be from 9:15am to 9:45am. We will begin a new 3-week series on the Jewishness of Jesus taught by Ray Newton, an elder at Greenwood Park. This week, Ray’s lesson will be entitled “Jesus was not a Christian.” After Bible class, worship with the whole church starts at 10am. Greenwood Park’s address is 1818 Campbell Lane, which is about 3 miles from WKU. If you need a ride to church, contact our campus minister, Ryan Cole.
