Guys and Gals Groups – Meet us at HFC at 7pm for guys and gals groups. This semester the guys group is going through the book Traveling Light: Releasing the Burdens You Were Never Intended to Bear by Max Lucado, which is based on Psalm 23. The gals group is going through the book In His Image: 10 Ways God Calls Us to Reflect His Character by Jen Wilkin.
Worship Wednesday– Join us for Worship Wednesday! Our free meal starts at 7pm and worship at 8pm. For dinner we’ll have chicken casseroles. In worship we’ll continue our series “That You Believe: A Series on Apologetics” by discussing the problem of evil.
Collegiate Day of Prayer – On Thursday at 7pm, all WKU campus ministries will gather together to participate in the Collegiate Day of Prayer in the Chandler Memorial Chapel.
First Saturday Breakfast – On the first Saturday of every month, Hilltoppers for Christ teams up with Community Church of Christ to host the First Saturday Breakfast at the HFC House. We cook a meal for several homeless and underprivileged folks from the Bowling Green area. We start cooking at 9am, and breakfast is served at 10am. We need volunteers to help cook and serve the food, clean up, and visit with the guests We’re usually finished by 11:30am. If you have any questions email Ryan.
Bible Class and Worship at Greenwood Park Church of Christ – Many HFC students regularly attend Greenwood Park Church of Christ, the sponsoring church of Hilltoppers for Christ. Bible class starts at 9am and is in room 210. Coffee is provided. This semester we’re going through the first five books of the Old Testament: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy. After Bible class, worship with the whole church starts at 10am. Greenwood Park’s address is 1818 Campbell Lane, which is about 3 miles from WKU. If you need a ride to church, contact Ryan Cole.
