Guys and Gals Groups – Meet us at HFC at 7pm for guys and gals groups. This semester the guys group will be in chapter 15 of Traveling Light: Releasing the Burdens You Were Never Intended to Bear by Max Lucado, which is based on Psalm 23. The gals group will be in chapter 8 of In His Image: 10 Ways God Calls Us to Reflect His Character by Jen Wilkin.
Worship Wednesday– Join us for Worship Wednesday! Our free meal starts at 7pm and worship at 8pm. We’re having breakfast for dinner. In worship, we will begin a 4-week series on Luke 15. Jonathan Bunnell will kick off our series by reflecting on the Parable of the Lost Sheep.
First Saturday Breakfast – On the first Saturday of every month, Hilltoppers for Christ teams up with Community Church of Christ to host the First Saturday Breakfast at the HFC House. We cook a meal for several homeless and underprivileged folks from the Bowling Green area. We start cooking at 9am, and breakfast is served at 10am. We need volunteers to help cook and serve the food, clean, and visit with the guests. We’re usually finished by 11:30am. If you have any questions email Ryan.
Breakfast and Bible Class and Worship at Greenwood Park Church of Christ – Many HFC students regularly attend Greenwood Park Church of Christ, the sponsoring church of Hilltoppers for Christ. Bible class starts at 9am and is in room 210. Coffee and Panera Bread bagels are provided. This semester we’re going through the first five books of the Old Testament: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy. After Bible class, worship with the whole church starts at 10am. Greenwood Park’s address is 1818 Campbell Lane, which is about 3 miles from WKU. If you need a ride to church, contact Ryan Cole.
