Pushing Forward (Rachel Pepke)

Pushing Forward (Rachel Pepke)

One of my biggest struggles is being in a long distance relationship. If you have ever been through this or going through it right now like I am, you know how difficult it can be. Most people will argue that they don’t work or last, but if you communicate well, truly love them, and trust God, you can get through strongly. Even if you are not in a relationship you should still consider these verses to pray for your future husband/wife. I used to go to a church summer camp every year and our leaders would always pray for our future husbands because everyone deserves the perfect godly man for them. Every time I feel doubt and loneliness I pray to God to release satan from my mind. I also pray for my boyfriend to find peace of mind and to hopefully dive deeper into God’s word. Some of the verses that have helped me are Phillipians 1:3, Ephesians 4:2, and 1 Corinthians 13:13.

“I thank my God every time I think of you.” Philippians 1:3

“And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.” 1 Corinthians 13:13

“Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.” Ephesians 4:2
